Portland, Oregon – Kyle R. Stavig, Chief Executive Officer of Myers Container LLC (Myers), Container Management Services LLC (CMS) and General Steel Drum LLC (GSD) will participate in the annual Northwest Environmental Conference (www.nwec.org) in Portland, Oregon on December 9-10, 2014.
Now in its 26th year, the NWEC is a must for staying competitive and ahead of the curve on environmental performance, sustainable business management, and the latest service and technology solutions.
Stavig will participate in the “Making the Business Case for a Sustainability Proposal” panel discussion. The panel will explore how organizations assign economic value to intangible and long term sustainability factors so that these proposals can compete on a business case level against other investment opportunities and competing interests with a company.
“We always enjoy sharing with others what we have learned on our journey to sustainability. Providing industry leadership motivates our team to achieve even greater accomplishments,” states Stavig.
